Just sold my car to German Motor Store using the services of Jack and Tim to review and drive away. Having not sold a car for 13 years I'd forgotten what to do but these guys made it very easy. They turned up on time, slightly early actually, reviewed and drove away with the funds in my account in around 30 minutes. Professional, efficient and courteous. A pleasure to deal with.

Bought bmw 3 series from German motor store and couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Andy - nothing was too much trouble. Even picked me up from the train station in person. Car was exactly as described and immaculately cleaned in and out. I will definitely buy again in the future. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for used bmw , Mercedes etc.

We recently visited German motor store in September to pick up our new BMW after just landing in the UK from America.
WOW! Is one of the only words we can say. The car has been brilliant and the customer service we have received from Andy is fantastic! I will always recommend German Motor Store to anyone who asks me about our car!
We travelled all the way from the Isle Of Wight and it was one of the best decisions made.
We found the car a day before we flew to America for 3 weeks. Although this was the first time Andy had had this we paid our deposit and the car was waiting for us upon return. Having sold our campervan and going back to a car, we decided on a SUV, ideally a Kia Sportage and found one locally at German Motors

Recently purchased a car from the German Motor Store in Chesterfield. Their Sales Manager Andy was extremely helpful with good communications throughout, excellent. The vehicle was good value for money and delivered to my door. Would buy from them again.

Bought a vehicle from Andy around 3 weeks ago now, the vehicle was exactly as described and the handover was smooth.
Had a couple of issues when I got the car home, spoke with Andy and he was more than happy to get everything sorted for me (windscreen, headlight clips) with no issues.
Very transparent and honest, will be returning in a few years for a new BMW 100%
